CTS is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all facets of the construction. We assure a successful implementation of your contract with on-site project management through key areas:

• Establishing a detailed master plan for implementing the project;
• Ensuring that appropriate communications occurs at all levels;
• Acquiring and allocating the proper amount of qualified resources using subcontractors and partnerships required to execute the work;
• Inspecting and overseeing the execution of the project’s master plan to ensure quality, compliance and acceptance;
• Ensuring that you receive completely functional, fully documented, easily maintainable and healthful systems acting as your commissioning agent.
