Assessment - CTS will perform a no-cost facility assessment to evaluate your facilities to determine the condition and efficiency of existing systems.

Design - Our engineers and project developers then work with you as a partner to design a project to meet your needs and budget. CTS provides an alternative approach to traditional construction that embraces strategic planning with an integrated team where customer expectations, project costs and implementation plans are developed before the construction process begins.

Project Financing - Innovative financial planning is part of our program to help you realize your goal of improved facilities for a better environment. Our CTS financial experts will review your budgets and work with you to identify dollars that can be redirected to assist in the financing of the project. We then will help develop and arrange an appropriate financing package for the project.

Turnkey Project Implementation – Once the project is designed and accepted, CTS begins the construction process and is directly responsible for all aspects of the project. We are your single-source project provider, freeing you to run your business and day-to-day operations and not needing to devote time to the construction project at hand.

Project Acceptance – CTS works closely with our customers to ensure that all expectations are met for final acceptance of the project. Our attention to detail is unsurpassed and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

Commissioning & Training – All CTS projects involving mechanical equipment are fully commissioned to verify that the systems are running as efficiently as possible and that appropriate settings are in place. Staff training is also provided on the newly installed systems.

Guaranteed Savings – As part of our contract, CTS lists guaranteed energy savings that the customer is expected to experience as a result of the project. The method in which savings are calculated are based on industry accepted guidelines of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVA). These guidelines utilize current and best practice techniques available for measurement and verification of energy use for Performance Contract projects. The various methods of calculation are reviewed and those to be utilized will be agreed upon before the project begins. Once the project is complete, an energy audit is performed to verify the actual savings achieved. If the guaranteed energy savings have not been met, CTS will reimburse the difference to the client - guaranteed.
