Upon completion of the facility assessment, the collected data is entered into a building simulation computer model to identify system energy, maintenance and repair costs. We provide energy modeling simulations that help our clients balance upfront facility improvement costs with the ongoing operational expenses created by the various system and equipment options. This includes the review of system design and ability to support the educational intent of the facility.

As your Life Cycle Infrastructure Program Manager, our goal is to create a building or system that, over time, results in a lower overall lifecycle cost, rather than focusing on initial construction costs as the sole criteria. A complete evaluation of all critical system/building cost elements and their interactions may produce a system/building that not only is optimized for significantly lower life cycle costs, but may also not cost more initially either.
